General Policies
The hotel does not guarantee that rooms will be available before the mentioned arrival time; likewise, guests must leave the room at the indicated time on the day of their departure unless previously coordinated with the hotel reception.
Please be advised that if you cancel your reservation within the established period (according to the cancellation policy), you will be eligible for a refund. This process will incur bank fees that must be paid by the guest.

Cancellation Policies
You can cancel your reservation with a 100% refund if the request is made at least 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
You can cancel your reservation with a 50% refund if the request is made at least 15 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations requested within 10 days of the arrival date are considered No Show, therefore no refund will be issued and the full deposit will be forfeited.
Reservation modification
You can modify your reservation up to 5 days before your arrival date, at no extra cost. All modifications are subject to availability.
Please note that any changes to the dates or length of stay may result in a change of the rate.
No Show Policy
In case of non-attendance or failure to use any reserved services, without prior notification, the hotel will retain the deposit received, without the right to a refund.
Conditions for the check -in and check-out processes
The rooms will be governed by the following schedule: guests may enter the rooms (check in) at 11:00 am; guests must leave the room (check out) at 10:00 am.
All early check- in and late check-out are subject to availability and/or an additional charge.
Food is not allowed in the room, except for medical restrictions.
It is required to present Identity Document (DNI) or passport, foreign resident card of all occupants of the room (including children).
Andenes del Inca will allow minors to enter the hotel only when accompanied by one of their parents, guardians, custodians, responsible parties and with their express authorization to enter the hotel (Notarized Permission).
People residing in Peru will be subject to the payment of 18% General Sales Tax (IGV) at the hotel reception (applies to reservations made on the Andenes del Inca website).
To qualify for exemption from the General Sales Tax (IGV), it is essential to present a valid passport and the Andean Migration Card (TAM) with an entry period of no more than 60 days.
Peruvian guests who do not reside in Peru must prove their residence in the foreign country with the corresponding documentation.
