The use of the accommodation website and any of the services incorporated therein implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in the privacy policy below.

Please be advised that the personal data requested in our forms will be included in a personal data database owned and managed by the accommodation provider. Furthermore, by completing our form with the requested personal data, you expressly authorize the accommodation provider to process and incorporate this data into our database.
Guests must complete the forms with true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and are solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused to the accommodation. You agree to notify us of any changes to this information in accordance with the procedure outlined in section 4.
2. Purposes of the processing
The data provided will never be used for a purpose other than that for which it was provided, and will be immediately deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose, except where otherwise provided by law.
3. Recipients
In accordance with section 2, the Accommodation may communicate your personal data to the following entities:
Public authorities, regulators or governmental or jurisdictional bodies in those cases where it is necessary to do so by law, local regulations or in compliance with regulatory obligations.
4. Rights of the interested party
The consents given in the cases provided for in this document may be revoked by you at any time, upon your simple request. Interested parties have the right to:

To do so, you must contact the accommodation via email at andenesdelinca@gmail.com or by written and signed communication (attaching a copy of your ID or other equivalent identification document) addressed to the person responsible for the database, Andenes del Inca, Calle Arrayanniyoc s /n CC, 08676 Ollantaytambo, Peru.
If you believe that the accommodation has not respected any of the aforementioned rights, you will have the right to file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPD).
5. Conservation
Your personal data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between you and the Accommodation and for as long as responsibilities may arise from the execution of the contractual relationship, as well as for compliance with other legal obligations incumbent upon the accommodation.
6. Security
The accommodation has adopted legally required levels of security for the protection of personal data and has installed the technical means and measures within its reach to prevent loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorized access to the personal data provided.
7. Cookies
Through this notice, the website informs users that it uses cookies when they browse the different screens and pages of the site. The cookies used by the website are stored on the user’s hard drive, but they cannot read the data contained therein or read cookie files created by other providers. The website uses cookies to recognize registered users and offer them a better and more personalized service. They are also used to obtain completely anonymous information about access data (date, time, minute, frequency, etc.), to measure certain traffic parameters within the website itself, and to estimate the number of visits, so that the website can focus and adjust the services offered more effectively.
